Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wanga civic forecasting and polling platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wanga is a civic forecasting and polling platform where users share forecasts about civic and public events, answer polls, and discuss public outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must provide your date of birth during registration. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Platform Points

Points (shown in the app as credits) are in-app participation markers used for forecasts, reputation, activity summaries, and optional partner or tournament offers.
Points are not currency and have no cash value. They cannot be cashed out.
Points cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the Service.
New users may receive starter points to try the platform.
We reserve the right to adjust point balances to maintain platform integrity.
Optional partner offers and tournament placements are promotional rewards sponsored by Wanga and its partners, not by Apple, Google, Microsoft, or other app stores. Official rules: Reward rules.

6. Forecasts and Polls

Forecast topics are created by Wanga administrators about civic and public events.
Forecast outcomes are resolved based on publicly verifiable information.
Once a forecast is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
We reserve the right to void or cancel forecast topics if resolution criteria cannot be fairly determined.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to manipulate forecast topics or outcomes.
Create false or misleading accounts.
Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization.
Post harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
Create, upload, or share child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE), including CSAM. There is zero tolerance.
Threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.

User-generated content

Comments and other user posts are public. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

The first report hides a comment from the community pending review.
We act on reports within 24 hours by removing violating content and suspending or ejecting the poster.

8. Intellectual Property

The Wanga platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Wanga and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wanga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since points have no cash value, there is no financial liability related to point balances.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Үйлчилгээний нөхцөл

1. Нөхцөлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрөх

Wanga иргэний таамаг, санал асуулгын платформ ("Үйлчилгээ")-д хандаж эсвэл ашигласнаар та эдгээр Үйлчилгээний нөхцлийг дагаж мөрдөхийг зөвшөөрч байна. Хэрэв та эдгээр нөхцлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрөхгүй бол Үйлчилгээг бүү ашиглана уу.

2. Үйлчилгээний тодорхойлолт

Wanga нь хэрэглэгчид иргэний болон нийтийн үйл явдлын талаар таамаг хуваалцах, санал асуулгад оролцох, олон нийтийн үр дүнг хэлэлцэх иргэний платформ юм.

3. Нас

Үйлчилгээг ашиглахын тулд та дор хаяж 16 настай байх ёстой. Бүртгүүлэхдээ төрсөн огноогоо өгнө. Бүртгэл үүсгэхдээ та энэ насны шаардлагыг хангаж байгаа гэдгээ илэрхийлж байна.

4. Хэрэглэгчийн бүртгэл

Та бүртгэлийн нэвтрэх мэдээллийнхээ аюулгүй байдлыг хариуцна.
Бүртгүүлэх үедээ үнэн зөв мэдээлэл өгөх ёстой.
Та олон бүртгэл үүсгэх эсвэл бүртгэлээ бусад хүнд шилжүүлж болохгүй.
Эдгээр нөхцлийг зөрчсөн бүртгэлийг түдгэлзүүлэх эсвэл устгах эрхтэй.

5. Виртуал кредит

Кредит нь платформ дотор таамаглал хийхэд ашиглагддаг виртуал токен юм.
Кредит нь бодит мөнгөн үнэ цэнэгүй.
Кредитийг бодит мөнгөөр худалдаж авах, худалдах, солих эсвэл шилжүүлэх боломжгүй.
Шинэ хэрэглэгчид эхлүүлэх бонус кредит авна.
Платформын бүрэн бүтэн байдлыг хангахын тулд кредитийн үлдэгдлийг тохируулах эрхтэй.

6. Таамаглал ба зах зээл

Зах зээлийг Wanga-ийн администраторууд иргэний болон нийтийн үйл явдлын тухай үүсгэдэг.
Таамаглалын үр дүнг нийтэд ил тодорхойлогдох мэдээлэлд үндэслэн шийднэ.
Таамаглал хийсний дараа өөрчлөх эсвэл буцаах боломжгүй.
Шийдвэрлэх шалгуурыг шударгаар тодорхойлох боломжгүй бол зах зээлийг хүчингүй болгох эсвэл цуцлах эрхтэй.

7. Зөвшөөрөгдөх хэрэглээ

Та дараах зүйлийг хийхгүй байхыг зөвшөөрч байна:

Үйлчилгээг хууль бус зорилгоор ашиглах.
Зах зээл эсвэл таамгийн үр дүнг удирдахыг оролдох.
Хуурамч эсвэл төөрөгдүүлсэн бүртгэл үүсгэх.
Платформын үйл ажиллагаа эсвэл аюулгүй байдалд саад учруулах.
Зөвшөөрөлгүйгээр хэрэглэгчийн мэдээллийг цуглуулах.
Сэтгэгдэлд хортой, доромжилсон эсвэл зохисгүй агуулга нийтлэх.

8. Оюуны өмч

Wanga платформ, түүний дизайн, код, лого, агуулгыг оруулаад Wanga-ийн өмч бөгөөд оюуны өмчийн хуулиар хамгаалагддаг. Та зөвшөөрөлгүйгээр Үйлчилгээний аль ч хэсгийг хуулбарлах, өөрчлөх, тараах эрхгүй.

9. Баталгааны татгалзал

Үйлчилгээг ямар нэгэн баталгаагүйгээр "байгаа чигээр нь" үзүүлнэ. Үйлчилгээ тасралтгүй, алдаагүй эсвэл бүх цагт ажиллана гэсэн баталгаа өгөхгүй.

10. Хариуцлагын хязгаарлалт

Wanga нь таны Үйлчилгээг ашигласнаас үүдсэн шууд бус, санамсаргүй эсвэл үр дагавартай хохирлын төлөө хариуцлага хүлээхгүй. Кредит мөнгөн үнэ цэнэгүй тул кредитийн үлдэгдэлтэй холбоотой санхүүгийн хариуцлага байхгүй.

11. Өөрчлөлтүүд

Бид эдгээр Нөхцлийг хэдийд ч өөрчлөх эрхтэй. Өөрчлөлтийн дараа Үйлчилгээг үргэлжлүүлэн ашиглах нь шинэчилсэн нөхцлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрсөнд тооцогдоно. Томоохон өөрчлөлтүүдийг платформоор дамжуулан мэдэгдэнэ.

12. Дуусгавар болгох

Эдгээр нөхцлийг зөрчвөл бид таны Үйлчилгээнд хандах эрхийг өөрийн үзэмжээр түдгэлзүүлж эсвэл дуусгавар болгож болно. Та мөн аппликэйшны тохиргоогоор дамжуулан бүртгэлээ хэдийд ч устгаж болно.

13. Хэрэглэх хууль

Эдгээр Нөхцлийг Монгол Улсын хуулиар зохицуулна. Аливаа маргааныг Улаанбаатар хотын шүүхээр шийдвэрлэнэ.
